I f you read anything these days,, you'll find that more and more companies are having problems with their young employees. They are terminating them at a fast rate with words like entitled, easily distracted, job-hopping, overly sensitive, technology dependent, lacking resilience, and challenging of authority.
While these may be true in some sense it can actually make them incredibly successful in this changing world.

I have been working with leaders and managers for over 30 years. In this time I have mentored, trained, and led many generations in business, religious, and non profit work throughout the United States. Through a personal style of humor, authenticity, and practicality I desire to help leaders grow to be the best they can be.
I live in San Antonio, Texas with my wife and Leading Notes LLC co-founder Colleen who is actively involved in the business with her own speaking and teaching program. We have three grown children living all around the state of Texas.
